Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will contact our warehouse and arrange either a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our supplier’s warranty.

Change of mind
For items ordered in error, no longer required, or changed mind: We may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and all packaging intact. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply (depending on supplier policy). Please contact us before returning any item; do not send the item back without approval.

How to return

- Contact us at [email] with order number, reason, photo/video evidence.

- We’ll confirm whether you should return the item or keep it and receive refund/credit.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5‑10 business days from approval.

Warranty
Many of our products come with a 12‑month warranty for manufacturing faults (unless otherwise specified). This excludes damage due to misuse, normal wear & tear, or improper maintenance.

Important notes
• Please hold onto items until claim is finalised — do not dispose of them before approval.
• If the return is due to an address error by the customer (unclaimed, wrong address), it may be treated as a change of mind return.
